Veralto HR Service Partner PQI - Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina

As part of the HR Services team in LATAM, you will be supporting HR in Argentina with topics related to HR administration. The position is responsible for efficiently and accurately handling a variety of HR transactions and providing excellent customer service support to the organization.

This role will offer cross-training into other areas of the HR Service to support key functions such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and related HR functions.

Your key responsabilities will be:

  • Payroll: Concentrate payment information, review pre-payroll, prepare and follow up vacation status and arrange implementation of changes in Workday.

  • Hiring and onboarding: Create of contract and offer letters and follow up signing, as well as prepare new hiring package and provide employee orientation creating a warm and welcoming onboarding experience for new team members.

  • Prepare reports regarding monthly and annual close, retention bonusses, HC , SOX compliance reports, track vacation balances, Info on part time associates, costs related to the employers, associates with special protection (pregnancy, disability, etc.), termination queries, unemployment claims data

  • HR administration: Manage and maintain employee files (create new files, add new documents relevant to the employment such as signed employment contract/ signed offer, promotional docs, retention docs, disciplinary actions, education certificates, diplomas, etc.) and process corrections in Workday (and other systems like local payroll).
