Director, Program Operations

The Director, Program Operations ensures agency operation is consistent with safety, DHS regulatory guidelines and requirements and organization procedure to ensure optimum service to all Sanctuary asylum seekers. A minimum of four (4) years’ leadership and management experience in a shelter system or supportive housing environment are required to be successful in this role. Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s in Social Work preferred. Bilingual

English/Spanish strongly preferred.

P
