Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to lead and optimize our export logistics operations. In this pivotal role, you will be in charge of arranging shipments and exports, collaborating closely with sales divisions, shipping companies, and customs declarants to ensure smooth and efficient customs procedures. Your expertise will drive the optimization of our export processes and formalities, ensuring compliance and efficiency in our logistics system. Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and handle shipment/export operations, coordinating with internal sales divisions and external shipping companies to select efficient shipping methods and options.

• Handle customs procedures, including effective communication with customs declarants, to secure compliance with all regulations.

• Process and issue shipping documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and CMR sheets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Contribute to projects sought at improving export processes and formalities, enhancing efficiency and compliance.

• Maintain detailed adherence to our logistics system, ensuring all communication is accurate, detailed, and timely.

• Conduct screening of individual transactions, including entities and goods, to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.

Who Are We Looking For:

• A high school graduate or university degree holder, preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or a similar field, with a strong understanding of export logistics operations.

• An independent, communicative, and proactive individual with logical thinking and the ability to resolve problems efficiently.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is important.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, with understanding of ERP systems (experience with QAD is a significant advantage).

• Flexible in terms of working hours and capable of making operational decisions under time pressure.
