Digital Sales Account Manager Full Time | Location: Bogota, Colombia | On-Site Model Our people. This is what makes SoftwareOne successful. The Digital Sales Account Manager will focus on securing new business from SME customers. The individual will leverage sales strategies to expand the client base, cultivate lasting relationships, and consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Your main accountabilities will be: Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with SME (Small Medium Enterprise) clients, acting as their dedicated digital sales advisor. Service Delivery Excellence Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital service inquiries and requests from assigned accounts. Renewal Strategy Execution Develop and implement proactive renewal strategies tailored to each client's unique requirements and usage patterns. Escalation Resolution Function as a proactive problem solver, promptly addressing and resolving any escalations or post-sales issues that may arise. Comprehensive Account Coverage Take a comprehensive approach to account management by maintaining a thorough understanding of each client's business landscape, industry trends, and competitive challenges. Data-driven Territory Plan with Tactical Initiatives Drive tactical sales motions across assigned accounts, leveraging data driven insights and market intelligence to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Performance Analysis and Reporting Monitor key performance metrics related to client engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth. Client Advocacy Serve as a trusted advocate for clients within the organization, representing their interests and giving feedback to internal stakeholders. #LI-GR1 What we need to see from you The skills below will make you successful at this job. We would expect you to have as mandatory: Strong experience in Digital Sales, Inside Sales or Remote Sales roles. At least 1 or 2 years. Strong Verbal Communication and Negotiation Skills Effectively communicate with clients clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Proven success in negotiating digital sales or account management, articulating value propositions, and overcoming objections. Customer Onboarding and Handling Expertise Guide customers through the onboarding process for digital products or services for a smooth transition. Anticipate customer needs, proactively address concerns, and provide comprehensive support throughout onboarding. Desired Skills: Systems Engineering bachelor's degree or students in the last year. Advanced English Level. Request Tracking and Collaboration Skills Strong organizational skills to track and prioritize customer requests effectively. Experience using CRM systems to manage inquiries, assign tasks, and ensure timely resolution. Proven ability to collaborate with technical support, product development, and other departments. Converting Business Problems to Technical Solutions Understand and analyze complex business challenges and translate them into viable technical solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to develop innovative and customized digital solutions addressing specific customer pain points. Behavioral Skills: Escalation Management Proficiency Handle escalations and post-sales issues with tact, diplomacy, and efficiency. De-escalate tense situations, empathize with customer frustrations, and collaborate with internal teams for prompt resolution.
