The key to our success is largely dependent on the stellar ability of our program management team. We’re currently searching for an experienced instructional designer to join our ranks and continue our tradition of success. The ideal candidate will create engaging learning activities and develop technology course content. Collaborate with subject matter experts, apply instructional design theories and methods, and utilize multimedia tools to enhance the learning process.

Responsibilities

  • Create a strong course design documents / blueprints with clearly stated learning outcomes

  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling technical course content that enhances retention and transfer

  • Work with subject matter experts to understand requirement and create content design

  • Recommend instructional end goals and create content that matches them

  • Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product

  • Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods

  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)

  • Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessments

  • Maintain project documentation and course folders

Skills and Qualifications

  • IC Role (IC3+)

  • 5+ Years’ experience in Instructional Design

  • Bachelors/Masters/Engineering Degree

  • Good knowledge of instructional design techniques for creating technical training content

  • Excellent Spoken and Written Communication

  • Proven Technical content design experience

  • Proven Instructional design experience
