Insight Global REMOTE (PST) - HR and Operations Project Manager in Belmont, California

Job Description

An HR team at a large technology company is looking for an HR Operations & Project Manager to sit remotely and help deliver HR projects in the talent activities space. This is an exciting opportunity to build on business, operations, and project management skills while gaining an end-to-end view of the HR organization. This person will have the opportunity to be a part of the people team that defines and delivers programs that have company-wide impact on a global scale. This person will support end to end HRIS platform enhancement and execution of people programs in a fast-paced startup-like environment with direct impact on the engineering culture of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

We seek a candidate with strong experience in operations and capability to run end to end planning, initiation, execution & logistics for highly visible people programs across the organization within the talent activities space. This includes comp planning, setting up and facilitating trainings for managers about annual reviews, making updates to website around annual review cycle, promotions support, etc. This person will work closely with the HR Business Partner.

Skills and Requirements

-3-5+ years' experience in Project Management within HR in a matrixed organization

-Must be able to work PST

-Experience in the HR Talent Activities space (as a PM, HR Generlist, HR operations Manager or similar)

-Demonstrated execution excellence, attention to detail and follow-through

-Ability to communite with cross functional partners, managers and executives

-Ability to learn fast, acquire new competencies and accept new challenges

-Willingness to share technical and business knowledge with project and ops team members

-Demonstrated success working with multiple stakeholders at various levels of organization to achieve consensus and results

-Strong team player with outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

-Experience working successfully with geographically distributed teams -Familiar with JIRA

-Experience in utilizing information systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, shared folders)

-Familiar with HR systems, Microsoft Office suites and/or Oracle applications/systems null
