Job Description

Maintain precision/Trax application in Windows systems and ensure applications are running smoothly, efficiently, and securely.

Triage and resolve application errors and issues.

Perform application/security updates, patches, and upgrades.

Handle and maintain server operating systems, including Windows,

Support System Administration activities to ensure that it is delivered in consistent, harmonized and efficient manner within the guidelines of the Project Management Framework (PMF) within the QAD-Precision application.

On time delivery of functional and server administration aspects to support the business needs

Acts as a liaison between end-users, technical analysts, and consultants in the maintaining application servers supporting Compliance, Transportation Management and Package Exception Management with E1/SAP ERP

Handle the Server Administration and Promotion activities along with configuration as required.

Collaborate with other IT teams, such as infrastructure and business Analysts , to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Work with Distributed Team members to deliver a perfect global project execution model. Capture and successfully use data to deliver continuous improvement

Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and processes.

Implement automation tools to optimize application management using scripting languages, such as Python, PowerShell

Delivery and support of incident/break/fix and production support

Deep understanding of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of applications and systems.

Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and guides.

Participate in Team meetings, such as change and incident management.

Work on all modules within QA-Precision like Order Trade Compliance, Export Management, Transportation Execution, Package Exception Management, Import Management etc
