We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team and lead the Sales tech engineering team.

Key job responsibilities

Sales Tech team is seeking a results-focused Engineering Manager to join the team. This individual will lead a group of Application developers, Salesforce Admins, Support Engineers, TCRM Developers to drive application development process and streamline engineering processes. The Engineering manager position calls for someone who brings innovation, strategic vision, a strong voice for priorities, and an ability to efficiently execute against competing demands and organizational initiatives. The successful candidate will partner closely with product, program and technology teams both within and across partner teams to define and build engaging experiences that customers will appreciate. A highly analytical approach is needed, along with exceptional skills for working in a matrix structure. The ability to break down complex problems into discrete steps that enable fast product development at Amazon's pace is also required.

Basic Qualifications

•B Tech in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience.

•5+ years of Salesforce development experience. In-depth knowledge of application architecture & design.

•Expertise in converting business requirements to technical design. Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills.

•Direct management of a team of application developers.

•Management of resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and maintaining best-of-class global engineering teams.

•Work closely with the engineers and other engineering managers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach.

•Strong understanding of support processes – SLA, handling tickets, monitoring, processes and metrics.

•Strong understanding of scripts and automation. Understanding of the complete deployment life cycle from design, build, test, deploy.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AWS, Salesforce CRM knowledge preferred

Should also demonstrate working knowledge any one of AWS Configurations, Visual Studio Code and GitHub
