Elevance Health National Account Advisor in ATLANTA, Georgia

Strategic Account Advisor

Location: Must be within 50 miles of the following Pulsepoints: Atlanta, GA; Middletown, NY or Richmond, VA. Position is hybrid and has both remote and in-office expectations.

Compensation: Base Salary + Sales Incentive Plan

The Strategic Account Advisor is responsible for the day to day service for accounts within National. Typical book of business size is 75,000 members or less.

How you will make an impact:

  • Consults with clients on developing and designing specific benefit plans that will best meet the client’s needs.

  • Manages and coordinates benefit design issues and modifications with internal operations and implementation staff.

  • Analyzes client needs and develops, and recommends/implements product improvements or additions to increase sales.

  • Develops relationships with and responds to inquiries from existing accounts, members, and brokers.

  • Understands the client benefits and objectives.

  • Influences companies or clients to add additional products or services to the existing account (up sell).

  • Delivers on client commitments.

  • Understands the client and market to anticipate needs along with the ability to articulate these requests in a meaningful way within Anthem.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Sales license required where necessary.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $62, 744-$94,116
