  • 5+ years experience as a content manager, knowledge manager or business analyst on content/knowledge management, intranet, portal or other Content Management Systems implementation projects.

  • Experience defining content and knowledge management solutions including applying best practices in terms of information architecture (data governance, content models, taxonomies and metadata) is required

  • Proficiency in SharePoint

  • Exposure to ServiceNow Knowledge Management practices and technologies is a plus

  • Experience in GenAI technologies to enhance content management lifecycle activities and support business value creation is a plus

  • Effective English communication.

Position Summary

Are you a talented Knowledge Management Specialist ready to join Nestlé Workforce 360 Collaboration, Content and Portal Services product team in Milan, Italy? We need you to play a key role in supporting the implementation of knowledge management strategies and initiatives within the organization with a solid understanding of knowledge management principles and practices and assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge management systems and processes. Your primary responsibilities will include driving behavior and practice around improving content quality and working with the Content and Portal Services Product team to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them. You will play a key role in delivering on the content and knowledge management objectives.

A Day in the Life of a Knowledge Management Specialist:

  • Support the design and maintenance of knowledge management systems, databases, and repositories

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and document tacit knowledge for wider dissemination

  • Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of knowledge management policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Assist in conducting audits and assessments of knowledge management processes to identify areas for improvement

  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing knowledge management metrics to measure the effectiveness of knowledge sharing initiatives.

  • Support the organization of knowledge sharing events, communities of practice, and other knowledge exchange platforms

  • Help disseminate information about the Knowledge approach to internal and external audiences, maintaining communications on knowledge sharing across the organization, participating in orientation and training sessions, preparing communications materials

  • Drive behaviour and practice around improving content quality

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their content needs and requirements.

  • Develop content and knowledge audit plans and processes

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content based on data analysis
