• Proven experience as a crate assembler or similar role.

• Knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and nail guns.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
