We believe it is our responsibility and work to do that each and every day.CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Distribution Planner II to join our Electric Distribution Team in Colonie, NY.We welcome applicants seeking a flexible hybrid work environment allowing for time at home, in the office, and travel to client sites.YOUR IMPACTCHA's distribution team has the deep experience and skill set to plan, design, and permit electric distribution infrastructure and all types of utility distribution systems. To realize the dependable, cost-effective interconnection of overhead and underground assets, we visualize, analyze and optimize how the system functions with itself and outside systems.The Distribution Planner II at CHA gains working knowledge of overhead and underground electric distribution systems. They enter information in the client's design systems applications and collect data in the submission of permit applications required for projects. Some travel may be required with the Utility Specialist(s) to review progress of projects.Additionally, under guidance from the Sr. Distribution Planner, the Distribution Planner II ensures system issues are identified, appropriately documented, and resolved within the appropriate timeframeAt CHA, you can build a career and find your passion across our diverse business lines and project teams.
